Conclusion

Sabar dance can bring people together and unite them. A lot different race are interested in Sabar dance. Is a very energetic and a lot of physical movement. I am a dancer I love to dance to Sabar I enjoy it more then anybody else. Sabar can make you happy and release stress. When people trying to learn the dance, they can give up easily because is so hard. But when you do over and over again it would be very easy. As I went to the dance class the student felt good about themselves, they enjoy it and proud of themselves. However, when you dance to sabar you can lose weight because is a physical dance. Like our Culture said, " Dance, eat, drink and enjoy your life." Sabar brings back happiness and joy. Interviewing these dancers Imani and Abdou Rahmane gave me the importance of this dance. I didn't know people can be very interested in Sabar dance.
